This form is to be used to make an initial request to reserve space in our Walton Performing Arts Center facility. It can be used by external people / organizations / businesses or school staffers. This web forms automatically submits to the person who will facilitate the processing of this request, including review by department heads, building administrators, and/or District departments if necessary.
Submit this form as far in advance of your event as possible. It may not be possible to process requests received less than a month in advance.
Submission of this form is NOT a guarantee of reservation. We will follow up with contact person listed to discuss your request further as needed, and contact person will be notified if reservation is approved or denied.
Arrangements should be finalized within 30 days, or at least 15 business days ahead of event, whichever comes first, unless otherwise agreed upon. (In the case of an external rental, a contract will be required.) Fees are to be determined.
